1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shot by AI application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Shot by AI is an image-editing application powered by artificial intelligence that lets you apply artistic filters to photographs. Processing is performed by third-party AI services.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Use the App to create unlawful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content;
  • Upload images of other people without their consent, or images of minors in any sexualized or exploitative context;
  • Generate content that is pornographic, violent, harassing, hateful, or that depicts a real identifiable person without authorization;
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access without notice.

4. Generated Content

The images generated by the App are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and the rights of third parties. Jeferson Araujo Studio is not liable for misuse of the produced images.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a free tier with a limited number of generations and paid auto-renewable subscriptions with unlimited access:

  • Monthly. Billed monthly at the price shown in the App at purchase time.
  • Annual. Billed yearly at the price shown in the App at purchase time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.

The Apple-hosted end-user license agreement applies to your use of the App: Standard EULA.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We may interrupt, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

7. Reporting and Contact

To report objectionable content, abuse, or to exercise your data rights, contact us at hello@jefersonaraujo.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
